چکیده

Soy molasses is a by-product of the soy industry, with low commercial cost and rich in carbohydrates proteins. Despite great variety by-products being potentially beneÞ cial, it not fully understood how interaction between nutrients this product physiological changes sheep occurs. Thus, objective was to evaluate effects supplementation levels on energy metabolites hematological parameters sheep. The treatments consisted 0, 3, 6, 9, 12% inclusion dry matter basis for basal diet corn silage, which met nutritional needs maintenance, distributed 5 × Latin square design. evaluated were: cholesterol, triglycerides, very-low-density lipoproteins (VLDL), fructosamine. red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrits, platelets, addition leukocytes, rods, neutrophils, eosinophils, monocytes, lymphocytes. Supplementation did signiÞ cantly alter (P> 0.05) serum concentrations VLDL, There no cant difference cell, hematocrit, platelet receiving 0.05), may indicate that level sufÞ cient meet animals, without damage. Leukocyte, rod, neutrophil, eosinophil, monocyte, lymphocyte change sheep’s diet, indicating absence intoxication, diseases, infections. It can be concluded does maintenance.

Dynamic Changes of Main Rumen Microflora and Ruminal Fermentation in Sheep Supplemented with Molasses-Urea

The digestion and utilization of roughage by sheep depends on rumen digestion. The aim of this study was to evaluate the microbe quantity and fermentative efficiency of rumen supplement with molasses-urea. This experiment was conducted in 2014, eight sheep were selected and divided into two groups (a control group and a treatment group), and only the treatment group animals were supplied with m...

Molasses as an Energy Source for Sheep

Diets based on molasses as the principle source of energy for cattle are well established (Preston and Willis 1974). However, the use of molasses as an energy source for sheep, particularly under drought conditions, has not been studied extensively. The main purpose of the studies reported here was to measure the intake and production of sheep given diets containing a high proportion of molasse...

Effects of Training Load on Some Hormonal, Hematological and Biochemical Profile of Male Cyclists

Hematological profiles of cyclists fluctuates are based on the volume/frequency/intensity of training. The present study examined the effects of training load on the cyclist’s biochemical profile which may be associated with over training. Twelve male cyclists volunteered to participate in this study. The participants completed a systematic training program which was divided into four phases i....

Effects of Rice Straw Supplemented with Urea and Molasses on Intermediary Metabolism of Plasma Glucose and Leucine in Sheep.

An isotope dilution method using [U-(13)C]glucose and [1-(13)C]leucine (Leu) was conducted to evaluate the effects of rice straw supplemented with urea and molasses (RSUM-diet) on plasma glucose and Leu turnover rates in sheep. Nitrogen (N) balance, rumen fermentation characteristics and blood metabolite concentrations were also determined. Four sheep were fed either mixed hay (MH-diet), or a R...
